If a creature areas more entrances than the utmost authorized, the oldest burrow and exit will get replaced. A creature can not put a burrow entrance within its personal burrow or inside somebody else's burrow. There exists a 3 2nd cooldown in between getting into and exiting burrows, not which includes moving into soon after its initial placement.
